About Hero’s Journey

Hero’s Journey is a fitness company founded in 2020 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It combines machine-based strength training, HIIT and reformer Pilates in one coached program, measured by an assessment every two months. Hero’s Journey runs 6 studios in Almaty and Astana with 10,000+ athletes, opens in Al Quoz, Dubai in November 2026, and opens its first U.S. studio at 225 Fifth Avenue, New York, in 2027.
